It's nice hotel at a good price. The staff are helpful, no complains at all. The location is favourable and peaceful, it's close to Houston's suburbs, and Houston downtown. Don't forget to explore Medical Center district. Would absolutely stay here again when in Houston, we did not want to leave there.

The hotel was nice, good value, exactly what we had in mind. The room was brand-new and reasonably large and offered a shower and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. Separate bathroom was clean. The stuff tried to be helpful and made our stay a very relaxing experience.

The hotel was nice and the location was favourable and marvellous really close to easily accessible restaurants and stores, the Hermann Park and the store across the street. The a double room was brand-new and decent with king bed. Everything was great during our stay nevertheless disappointing aspect was quite small bathroom.

Everything was GREAT, very pleasant staff, peaceful location really close to easily accessible restaurants, the Hermann Park and the city zoo and the medical center. Our room was spotlessly clean and quiet, included climate control, flat-screen TV and a microwave oven. There was a tub too. Truly enjoyed our great stay on business trip.

I really felt like I got a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the location near MD Anderson was perfect for my needs. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they even gave me a room on the first floor like I requested.
The breakfast could have been better. It had limited options with mostly pastries, bagels, and oatmeal.

I have to say, after being the 'cheap traveler" -I'm rarely in the hotel-this little hotel was a surprise. The spa/shower combination in the room was beautifully elegant in a Spanish Villa style. Something I'd love in my own home. At $40/night, the price is unbeatable.
Not really. The front desk was sleepy when I got there and we had to talk through the glass. Otherwise, no problem.

We got great value for our money at Summit Inn. The room was spacious, clean, and had working AC and heating. The staff was kind and accommodating, even helping us change rooms when we were unhappy with the initial one. The location was convenient and we appreciated being on the first floor as requested.
The breakfast selection could have been better, with only pastries, juice, coffee, fruit. A wider variety and a microwave for cooking the oatmeal would have been nice.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. It was so nasty.There was supose to be breakfast,that wasnt available,there was supose to be internet,didnt work very well.Our room was supose to be a smoke free room, I can promise you it wasnt.The room was so gross,they didnt provide enough towels.Im not trying to be mean,but this is the truth.
I didnt like it at all,very nasy place.

There was no coffee pot in the room and no coffee or breakfast in the office in the am.

I stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was nice, with favourable and marvellous location next to stores, downtown, and easily accessible restaurants. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I greatly enjoyed impeccably clean and quiet room. The bathroom was good, with a shower and bath sheets.
As for me, the area was not that good.

The hotel had a great location, close to the hospital district and food options. The room was comfortable with a comfortable bed. The breakfast offered at the motel was convenient for those who needed to leave early in the morning.
One downside was that there were noisy neighbors with small children.
